We don't accept returns because coffee is a perishable fresh food product. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we'll absolutely make it right.
If there's an issue with your order:
Please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your shipment if:
- Your coffee arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Items are missing from your order
We'll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
